As many of you know,I have been labeled a “gym nut” for the past months that I have been attending the YMCA and the NYSC. However, when I came across a map such as this (OBESITY IN THE USA), I have to say: I think I am doing my part on the obesity level that America has come to have.
If you look at the previous years, obesity has drastically grown to over 10-20% in each area. I really think it’s the diets that we have and types of food we eat and lack of exercise (one of my co-workers will argue against this). However, when I see shows like, The Biggest Loser n MSNBC, I feel that it helps to show that it’s pretty easy to balance your lifestyle and stay an average healthy weight.
