Another healthy post/entry since I started writing about exercise. My favorite meal of the day is Breakfast. I feel guilty and eat horribly if I don’t eat it. I believe Breakfast sets the pace of the day.

Coffee

I started this habit from when I was very young, and continued to this day. Studies show that children who eat breakfast do well in school. It also shows that missing breakfast makes you cranky and unpleasant to be around.

I realize that if I don’t consume something in the mornings I snack from the vending machines. Days, that I do eat — I avoid those extra snacks altogether or make wise decisions about choosing them.

My favorite Breakfast combinations includes:
1. Cereal, Coffee/Tea.
2. Bacon, Eggs, Toast, Coffee/Tea.
3. Bagel Sandwiches (with eggs, peppers, onions), Coffee/Tea, Orange Juice.
