Maybe you’ve noticed, I updated my Blog and portfolio for continuity purposes. I figured they shouldn’t look like they are too different.

I think the two headers bring some personality besides having things in common (demonstrating my work for example).

I have been going through a lot of changes lately and figured the blog would be perfect to start. Then I realized that it might work with the portfolio.

If you notice, the blog has a sort of mood it looks like dusk it represents my downtime. I blog during my relaxed downtime. The warm colors were complimented with some cool, soothing blue which I hope promotes this relaxation.

I kept the flourish element on jerlynthomas because it shows my playful yet classic appreciation. I kept it close to the warm colors so that it doesn’t distract too much even if it shows some of my illustration style. I hope that you all appreciate these subtle touches :).
